Oh so natural Sunday- Focus on connecting with the natural world to promote wellbeing. We’ll be heading out into the woods for some forest bathing, creating a giant nature mural and running mandala and watercolour workshops.

Every evening the Headstrong Lounge will become the Calm Zone, somewhere to relax at the end of the day, trying some calming activities before you head to bed or simply unwind to music.
